New Profile (Item Content Type) values for text

New Profile (Item Content Type) values for text include:

  • By the Numbers. Uses the numbers embedded within that story form as the entry point in order to present the information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Explainer. A breakdown of a complicated topic in the news.

  • PhotoCollection. A wide selection of rapid curation for digital customers on the biggest news stories and ongoing news topics.

  • PhotoEssay. Character driven stories around major news.

  • Takeaways. An easily readable presentation of the main elements of a news event or enterprise story broken into short sections with declarative subheads.

  • What to Know. Similar to Takeaways, presents readers with answers to the key questions on a major news story in short sections with subheads.

New AP Fixtures

The following AP Fixtures have been added:

  • One Tech Tip. A useful piece of advice for managing personal tech devices.

  • The Stream. Recommendations for streaming content to watch, hear and play.
